Recommended bacteria amount for each practice: For high-copy plasmid, it is recommended to use 100 ml of bacteria culture media; For low-copy plasmid, 200 ml of bacteria culture media is recommended.
Features:
1. Unique glass cellulose membrane adsorption technology, efficient and specific binding plasmid DNA;
2. Preparation of Buffer ETR, which can effectively remove more than 99% of endotoxin;
3. The plasmids obtained had good yield and stability.
Tests from Customer:
- High-copy plasmid pUC 19, extracted from 150 ml bacterial culture using Genfine D919 and competitors, was eluted in 1 ml Buffer TB.
2. Low-copy plasmid extraction
Low-copy plasmid pBR322, extracted from 300 ml bacterial culture using Genfine D919 and competitors, was eluted in 1 ml Buffer TB.
3. pEGFP obtained with Genfine D919 and Competitor T were separately transfected into endotoxin-insensitive cell line 293T and endotoxin-sensitive cell line Huh7 cells by transfection reagent. Expression of GFP was detected 24 hours after transfection
Storage:
EndoFree Plasmid Maxi Plus Kit can be stored at room temperature (15~25) °C under dry conditions for up to 12 months. Add RNase A to Buffer P1 before first use, mix well and store at 2~8 °C. The mixture can be stored stably for more than 6 months.
